Ben. Problems in the US airlines don’t seem to be an issue on international airlines ? Seriously?
I have flown TAP and LOT in economy long haul. Their service is much simplified and basic .
They work with the same bare minimum flight attendants , but they work from one single cart in each aisle. That is the meal cart and the drinks offered is whatever they can fit on top of that cart. So they do meal and drinks simultaneously from the same cart , and the serve your beverage on a glass of the size of a mouth washer cup with a single ice cube o no ice at all in the case of LOT.
You won’t see the crew again until landing service. They make it clear that you can visit them in the galleys shall you need something . So don’t come and say it is the same it isn’t .
If you want to go to Middle East airlines , they staff their planes with 14 crew members . So there’s that .

For what it's worth, Emirates staffs its 777-300ER economy with six flight attendants, and they have 260 seats, and are known for being *very* full service.
