Do my compliments actually reach FAs?

Do my compliments actually reach FAs?

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky,

You might have received this question many times, but I am wondering whether my compliments to FAs were really passed to the FAs whom I referred to. Occasionally, I take a moment to send compliments to FAs through airline websites. I received the acknowledgement replies like below from airline companies, but it seems that my compliments were forwarded to their managers (not FAs). I know how hard it is to work as FAs, and would like to let them know how much I appreciate their hard work. But at the same time, I feel it is not worth sending emails if my compliments never actually reach FAs. Do you know how airline companies treat compliments to FAs from passengers?

    Thanks!
    Naomi

Thank you for your email from which we are pleased to learn of your appreciation of the services you recently received from Air Canada.

While it is true that we expect all our staff members to offer a friendly and courteous service at all times, it is very gratifying when a customer takes the time from their busy schedule to express their appreciation.

Please be assured that we will forward a copy of your correspondence to the appropriate manager.

I hope that we will soon have the opportunity to welcome you back on board Air Canada and that our service will continue to merit your praise.

    Sincerely,
