Hi there,

As a platinum member booking through Booking.com, Expedia, etc. Do we get elite benefits such as room upgrade, lounge access, breakfast? Do we also get points/stay credit?

Nope, booking hotel stays thru OTAs mean you are forfeiting elite benefits and credits.
