United and Core Values

United and Core Values

Could the United issues with customer service be about the company’s Core Values? I did a quick search and could not find that they had any. Do they and how to they compare to that of other airlines known for much better service?

Possible but I feel like this was a very extreme case.

I feel like the major US airline’s core values have become more about making as much money as possible even if at the expense of customers and their loyalty.
