TAP’s Failure to Refund
My wife and I were traveling to Lisbon next week, but Covid-19 caused a cancellation of our flight. TAP was refused to refund the purchase price of our San Francisco – Lisbon business class seats. They will only give us credit. I filed a complaint with the DoT. I plan to sue them for the ticket price in Small Claims. Any idea on how to serve TAP? Gratefully, Michael Weintraub
