IstNW New MemberJust attempted to book IAD to MAD via CMN on Royal Air Maroc using Etihad miles and was told by the rep at the call center that they’re now charging per SEGMENT rather than per DIRECTION. So the mileage required for this itinerary jumped from 88K to 112K.
Anyone else heard of this change?

FWIW, I called back the next day and spoke to another rep who confirmed this change. RAM awards via Etihad Guest now charging for miles per segment rather than direction. Shame.
