Michael M Member[USER=7]@Tiffany[/USER] – Recently Lucky wrote an article about the inability to book through the Citi Prestige Concierge starting 9/19. Citi apparently sent out two differently worded messages, one by direct email and one that is on its website. The email message indicates that bookings starting 9/19 can still be made through the Citi Prestige Concierge, which seems to imply that these bookings would still be eligible to be counted as elite qualifying nights in the various hotel programs. Could you reach out to Citi for clarification regarding this matter? Could you also get clarification as to whether all 2020 Concierge bookings made prior to 9/19 would qualify for the fourth night free booking? Thanks much.
