Question 1094

Lucky – I read your previous post about lounge access on international awards. Pretty thorough thank you. Im not sure if it answered my specific question so I will ask it here. Im taking my parents to Italy this summer and we are flying business united to zurich and then business swiss onto italy. We have a 4 hour layover in Zurich. Do we have any access to louges in zurich? I see theres an arrival swiss lounge – but we arent arriving on swiss technically speaking. There are also other star alliance lounges but we are not international travelers after we have already arrived at zurich (since we are only continuing on to Italy) are we?

@ K. — You can use the Swiss Business Class Lounge, which is a departures lounge. It’s quite nice. You’ll just to show your connecting boarding pass.
