pointspost.com?

hi, i was browsing some miles and points sites on the web and I came across poinstpost.com.
They seem to offer miles and points from various programmes for sale, including ones which I thought were unavailable for purchase (not for a great price but still may be valuable for collectors of such points)
I was wondering if this was a legitimate site or not?

Probably not legitimate, as it looks like there’s some kind of brokering going on, but I’m not exactly sure what the deal is. At first I thought it was someone making a skin for points.com, since they have many of the same programs, but at inflated rates, but I’m not really sure.
