Now that availability is good on several airlines, I realize that I don’t know the average transfer times of chase or citi points to various airline ff programs. Have you had a consistent enough experience to comment? Ideally less than 48 hours

Most Chase transfers are instant, with Citi it depends. Where are you looking at moving your points to?
