No IHG free night extension?

No IHG free night extension?

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky,

I’m wondering if you have any thoughts on IHG not automatically extending free night certificates. Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt have all done that, and it seem crazy that IHG is holding out. Are they oblivious, or consciously deciding that the breakage is more valuable to them than the bad will they are engendering? I don’t know if it would move the needle, but an article pointing out that they are a senseless outlier here might help motivate them to come to their senses.

    Thanks!
    Rob
