    In 2019 I rented for 101 days from National Car Rental. I earned a dozen free days from thier 1,2 Free promotion. I have not been able to use any of them due to the pandemic.
    I called National two weeks ago to see if they would be extending the deadline (6/14/20) to use the free days. At that time they said a decision had not yet been made.

    Today I called with the same inquiry and I was told it was a firm NO, they will not be extending the deadline for using these free day coupons.

    It seems ridiculous to me that National would treat their customers this way.
    If you could shine some light on this it would be appreciated.
