Marriott not providing status as promised post-merger
Hey lucky, are you goong to call out Marriott for “still” not upgrading status for many of us who were Marriott plats before the merger and still plats after the merger and not plat premier?!
I’m not sure calling Marriott out will help expedite them sorting out all these issues. I couldn’t even combine my Marriott/SPG accounts until this morning, for the first time. It kept erroring out.
I think we can all rest assured that Marriott is aware of issues and is working to sort them all out. Unless you have an immediate, upcoming stay… I’d give them at least another week or so.
