Marriott Category 1-4 Travel Certificate – Where to Use?

Marriott Category 1-4 Travel Certificate – Where to Use?

I have one remaining travel certificate – but it is in the 1-4 category. I found it easy to use my other TCs at higher levels over the last few years, but now I am looking to see if I can find a nice use for this last TC. I had settled on a week in Paris at the Gare de Lyon property, but that is now a Cat. 5. I realize the lower end of Marriott properties is not usually a focus of OMAAT, but I would appreciate any suggestions you or others would have. I have until end of January to use it and am open to anywhere.

There are tons of great value hotels that are Category 1-4. Marriott website search function is actually pretty decent and will allow you to filter straight to a specific category/continent/country/etc. Have you tried that for some inspiration?
