i am thinking of applying for this card but have a sole proprietorship and no business name on credit bureaus. have high fico. is there a trick and how lenient is chase? have other marriott cards. with starwood merger the points are more valuable. we just redeemed 40k for 2 nites at westin excelsior which was over 500/night and 3 nights at marriott champs elysees which is more expensive so want to add more points. thanks.

No tricks, as long as you are able to satisfy any questions they have about your business and otherwise meet their eligibility criteria you should be fine.
