KQ upgrade for KL flight number

KQ upgrade for KL flight number

I’m booked on a KQ operated flight from NBO to AMS but it has been ticketed with a KL flight number. KQ provides a feature to bid for upgrades on their website but it doesnt seem to think my flight qualifies due to the KL code share. Any ideas to work around this issue?
