    Hi Lucky (and everyone else!),

I discovered your site about a week ago – wow, such amazing detail! I’m still trawling through your old reports…

Thought I would start with this question – how do you cope with jet-lag?? I suffered greatly on my last round of flights to and from Australia and Europe. Any tips? (Apologies if this has already been asked)

    Cheers,
    David (Sydney, Australia)

Remember you can always search the site via Google too. I used:

jet lag site: onemileatatime.boardingarea.com (remove the space between the colon and the “o”)

as search criteria. Think it’s a bit more powerful than the site’s search function.
