Trying since several months to book award stay at the oh so wanted IC Thalasso Bora Bora. What are your tips? Tricks? I often see dates pop up as available for reward (marked blue) but never could get a hold of… You can get only book a certain time in the future via ihg.com. But even those dates do not match when booking via the app (shorter future period). Loyalty should come from both sides and in my opinion IHG is not letting you even spend your points at this property. Calling the callcenter s*ucks and they don’t help you at all!
