Hyatt Globalist My Concierge

Hyatt Globalist My Concierge

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hey. Qualified for Globalist 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard from My Concierge. I contacted Hyatt today and they said it was only for Tier Qualifying night qualifiers (nights actually spent at at a hotel are what they said) or Base Point qualifiers and that credit card spending doesn’t count toward earning a Concierge. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone talking to 2 people, sent an email, and am now waiting on a manager to email me back. Unbelievable customer service. Has any one else had this issue with Hyatt? Their terms clearly show that all credit card spending counts as both Tier Qualifying night as well as toward Milestone rewards. I’m assuming they are just trying to cut back their staffing due to the virus. I have 67 overall nights this year, with 41 in room nights. This is certainly making me rethinking my decision to switch to Hyatt from Marriott this year. Anyway, any thoughts are appreciated.
