hi! Im from the Philippines and I joined an eSurvery conducted by Thai Airways last year. I was unaware though that by joining, one is automatically included in a raffle. Fortunately I was one of the 10 lucky winners! Its a trip for 2 to any destination by TG, with flights originating in BKK. As i started the process of booking the ticket for EU, i was told that i can only book direct flights by TG. And so my husband and I chose BKK CDG BKK. The first segment of the flight was booked; however the CDG to BKK is wait listed. Perusing at the website, this is so because the only fare available for that sector is the Full flex. Question is I wonder how can i be assured of a return flight? I offered them if and when we go ahead with the waitlist, its ok on our part to pay the fare difference between an eco saver and full flex, and even a change of airport for departure, like Munich to BKK perhaps. But each time I ask for options there is just deadening silence. Not even an acknowledgement of my email.
Should i pursue the wait list segment or do you have any suggestions on how to go about this? Thanks

Hi Lyra, have you contacted Thai Airways reservations or the person who awarded you the prize? I would try to resolve this through anyone who contacted you in relation to the actual contest, not normal reservations.
