Hotel Breakfast – Staff Break?

Hotel Breakfast – Staff Break?

  1. Anonymous Guest

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Incheon last night and this morning found one of the more unusual breakfast situations. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 6:30am to 10am, which is great, but from 8:30am to 9am it closes down for a staff break. I’ve never seen this before. I am used to hotels in Europe opening a bit late for breakfast and hotels in the US closing a bit early, but I haven’t seen a 30 min “time out” in the middle of rush hour. Does this happen anywhere else?

Wow, I’ve never heard of that!
