SmelLAX New MemberHey team – I randomly stopped by Copa site to price an award ticket, and was greeted by a screen offering up to 1,500 miles: 1,000 for creating a new account or completing your existing online profile (plus another 500 after taking a Copa flight)! Since I already had a Connectmiles account, I logged in and completed steps 2 and 3 of their user profile; they ask for your passport #, a secondary ID, and even things like your Facebook name (which thankfully is not mandatory). After about 5 minutes of form-filling, I had a quick 1,000 points automatically appear in my account!
