I want to know what my best option are for booking a one way reward flight (business or economy) from Paris back to the US (any major airport on the east coast) I have 65k chase reward or 50k British Airways Avios.
Flying from Madrid to US is an option also.

Not an answer to your award question, but it is very interesting that the AA website shows MIA-CDG @$3300 for paid business. And, going on the same day CDG-MIA @$1500 for paid business class seats. Not sure why the airline devalues for a euro ticket.
Very annoying for someone who starts the trip in the US.

@Renae85 if you don’t have an account with IB already open one, transfer your Avios there and fly from MAD. A one way business class ticket to JFK is ~35000 Avios (low season) and surcharges are very low. For the most part availability is there if you search in advance and have some flexibility.

[USER=1690]@Rob in Miami[/USER] Yes I have been noticing that as of late too… Based in Europe, but was interested in seeing if fares were cheaper ex-US. Not the case at all. I even recall seeing a few months ago sub 2000€ F on MAD-LAX via LHR on AA/BA (March-May 2020)
