I planned a trip in Europe (April 27 – May 5) with multiple flight segments, each purchased separately with three different EU based carriers: ORD-CDG-KEF-ORD on TAP, SAS and Iceland Air, respectively. TAP has cancelled all flights through April 30 and I expect the other two to follow suit soon.

The website Europa.eu seems to indicate that the standard cancellation SOPs are in effect regarding cancelled flights of EU based carriers.

The airline must offer you, on a one off basis, a choice between:
the reimbursement of your ticket and, if you have a connecting flight, a return flight to the airport of departure at the earliest opportunity

re-routing to your final destination at the earliest opportunity or,

re-routing at a later date at your convenience under comparable transport conditions, subject to the availability of seats.

re-routing at a later date at your convenience under comparable transport conditions, subject to the availability of seats.
Does this apply to the current situation? I’m not looking for compensation, just a refund.
