Anonymous GuestIf I redeem Alaska airlines miles for a first class ticket, with a connection in Dubai, do I get access to the First Class lounge in DXB. I have heard that not everything is included with a redemption ticket, like the chauffeur pick up. Where can I find out what is or isn’t included?

lounge access is included. Chauffeur service isnt.

What if you have a mixed class award booking? We did an Alaska award so we have first from SFO-Dubai but then coach onto the Maldives. Is there a first class “arrivals” lounge or does Emirates allow access based on either your arrival or departure ticket?

I was chatting with a rep for another issue so I asked. The agent stated that lounge access would be based on your departing flight. Doesn’t seem to be an arrivals lounge though you can purchase access to lounges.
