Anonymous GuestI’m not sure I understand how one gets the signature service at airports versus ‘standard’ business class service. I flew business class from London to Calgary this fall and there was no indication of signature service! Was it just the route or is it because I was on a ‘Lowest’ business class fare?

Seems to be the route. Toronto is mentioned as the only airport with a more enhanced experience.
Also, I think Signature Class is their new branding for business class, so could be confusing.
