Differences/Preferences Maldives Resorts?

Differences/Preferences Maldives Resorts?

  1. Anonymous Guest

Planning a trip in March. Was going for Hyatt (I am Diamond), but have read that other resorts might be easier to get to and just as nice. Anyone been to more than one and can give an opinion?
I’m diamond with Hilton/ Plat with SPG too..

    Thank you!

The Conrad is also nice, I hear, but I haven’t been there.

The Sheraton is MUCH easier to get to, but I wouldn’t consider it “just as nice”.

The Hyatt does take a little longer to get to but it’s a single flight (you don’t have to get on and off) and then boat ride. I didn’t consider it too bad. One thing to consider might be what you are interested in. My wife loves snorkeling so I went with Hyatt since their reef is supposed to be among the best in the Maldives. We also loved the privacy and intimacy of the Hyatt set up. Otherwise if you’re just looking for a beach I’m sure either will be fine.
