Bartholomew Kuma New MemberIn Feb 2016, i flew Air New Zealand from AKL to SFO (one way) and reference my UA MileagePlus account. Later, i noticed my MileagePlus account was not credited. Now i find out certain economy class is not eligible to credit to UA.
i wonder if it’s possible to credit mile to another Star Alliance FFP, like KrisFlyer? What will happen if submit request of missing mile credit?
