Claiming Missing SQ Krisflyer Miles Earned on JetBlue

Claiming Missing SQ Krisflyer Miles Earned on JetBlue

So this is kinda late, but I was curious anyhow. Last October, I flew on JetBlue and my fare code indicated that I should have earned 50% Krisflyer miles. However, I never saw them show up. Anyone been in this position before? How did you get Krisflyer to retroactively credit the miles to you?

Definitely happens, especially with non-alliance partners. There’s a form you can fill out here: https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/ppsclub-krisflyer/earn-miles/claim-missing-miles/
