It is deeply disappointing that Dr. Nadia, who is expected to represent Emirati interests, is perceived by many as failing to empower her own people. Emirati nationals deserve opportunities to hold key leadership positions, not to be confined to junior roles while senior positions remain out of reach. No one should be allowed to undermine the development and representation of Emiratis within their own national institutions.
Dear Chairman of Etihad,
It is time to address this serious loss of confidence in Dr. Nadia’s leadership. Many Emiratis have lost faith in her and no longer believe she represents their interests. We urge you to take decisive action and reconsider her position. Etihad must stand for empowering Emirati talent, developing national leaders, and giving UAE nationals the opportunities they deserve at every level of the organisation.
