Business Credit Card High-Spend Alternative to SPG

Business Credit Card High-Spend Alternative to SPG

  1. Anonymous Guest

I spend over $500,000 in business expenses annually. The SPG card was great for so many years, but now those 500,000 points are only worth 333,000. What card would you recommend for me to maximize my purchase value going forward?

Depends what you’re looking for. Chase Ink Business Unlimited is 1.5x points per dollar, meaning your $500k is at least 750k points. If you have business expenses in certain categories, Chase’s other ink cards will earn more, up to a certain amount.

Amex’s Blue Business Plus card earns 2x for the first $50k, and their other cards have categories that earn more than 1x per dollar. Check those out.

Were you using the SPG to earn points to transfer to airlines? Or book SPG stays?
