Business Class to AKL?

Business Class to AKL?

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky!

Currently deciding on a current strategy to go from LAX to AKL in January? I’m currently using the Chase UR strategy by combining Freedom/Freedom Unlimited/ and CSP.

Is this is the best strategy or should I try to use AmEX MR?

    Thank you in advance!

That’s kind of a tough route and a busy time since its the southern summer. Your Chase UR points can be transferred to Korean and you can fly LAX-ICN-AKL. If you transfer to United, you might be find award space for LAX-SFO-AKL. Both Amex MR and Chase UR transfers to Singapore Airlines if you can find space for SFO-SIN-AKL. additionally, Amex MR transfers to Delta if you can find space on VA and connect in SYD or via China/Taiwan on CZ/MU/CI

This January? I think your strategy depends on who if anyone has availability. As @David W states it’s a tough route. Good luck!
