Brex cash international acceptance

Brex cash international acceptance

I’m on an international trip and EVERY attempted charge locks the card and is declined and this is even AFTER I called with a travel notification in advance. I’m advised to white list the merchant. Are they high? I’m supposed to go back to a restaurant 24 hours after my attempted charge. What a horrendous comapny. Pulling my account asap. Not worth the bonus points if I can’t use the d thing. Looks great in public getting declined every time.

@ Fcflyer — Yikes, that doesn’t sound good! I believe the Mastercard that comes linked to the Brex Cash account is handled by Emmigrant Bank, which is an institution that has been around forever, so they certainly should know how to handle foreign transactions!

Have you tried calling the number on the back of your card?
