BA 789

BA 789

I was checking my booking today for BA 184 (EWR-LHR) on April 30th. The seat map has switched to show 8 F seats and the equipment shows 789.

I have seen in a couple places that this route will indeed be operated by the 789 starting April 2nd.

My question is, can you confirm if this information is correct/is there a press release about the EWR-LHR route anywhere?

I do not wish to get my hopes up for my first Dreamliner experience just yet but would much prefer this to the 777-200 first, even if the product is relatively the same with just a couple fewer seats.

    Thanks!

It’s currently loaded in the GDS as a 789, and while that could still change, I think it’s as “official” as you’re going to get.
