    I’m trying to find award space on Alitalia (out of LAX), it shows on their website, but the call center says non! Expert flyer and the Delta website show nothing either. Does the AZ website have phantom seats? Any suggestions

    Mmmm, that’s odd. Can you attach a screenshot of what is showing on the website?

    FWIW, I haven’t seen any AZ business class award space for 2017.

    Well, there are some Biz out of ORD (on both Delta site and expert flyer-only one seat)

    Just booked LAX-FCO-VCE and FCO-ORD for 2 Biz. Expert flyer inventory doesn’t match AZ’s clunky website
