Anonymous GuestWhat happened to the ability to pre-order meals online at aa.com when an upgrade clears more than 24 hours ahead of time? It disappeared. I was told that we now need to call reservations to do this. Have you heard anything about this?

It’s weird, and my guess is it’s part of the backend work being done to align all the systems prior to the October deadline. Not sure it matters in practice, as the FAs never seem to look at the order sheet anyway :p
