15 Days to Get Hilton Status Match

15 Days to Get Hilton Status Match

Over the weekend we stayed at a local Marriott (using our annual certificate from our Marriott Rewards card) to reach our 50th night for the year…leading us to Gold status. I would love to take advantage of Hilton’s status match that runs through January 12. Does anyone know how long it takes for status level to change on Marriott? I am hoping pretty quickly so I can submit at Gold, rather than Silver, level with Hilton. Also, are there other hotels that do the match? Thanks for any insights you might have.

@kimpossible9802 a number of chains will do matches–some have public offers, others may consider things on a case by case basis. You’ll want to be selective because these are usually once in a lifetime per person so think about your ability to benefit from the status before going into it. I would google “*hotel chain* status match” to find any current offers. You might also consider calling their loyalty program or contacting via twitter to see if they will consider a match.
