Transit overnight in heathrow

Transit overnight in heathrow

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Dear Lucky

We are US citizens (I am also a UK citizen) with travelled booked from Tel Aviv to Phoenix USA all on British Airways flights.
We land at Heathrow on November 8 at 20.00 pm and will be in transit till our connecting flight to JFK (and then later on to Phoenix) leaves Heathrow at 0825 in the following morning on flight BA 117.
We are booked on business class.

    Our questions are.
Are we able to stay in the transit area overnight and not go through immigration and passport control?
Are there any lounges around terminal 5 that are open all night?
    Or sleeping pods ?
Are there any hotels open that are airside and don’t require going through passport control and emigration?

What would you advise as the best course of action to transit?

    Thanking you,
