Changed Flight BOS-JFK
This summer my family and I are booked to fly Boston-JFK-Helsinki. Originally, we were booked to fly BOS-JFK on American departing Boston at 14:35 and arriving in JFK at 16:00, and connecting on Finnair at 19:05. However, due to American reducing Boston – JFK flights to only one daily during the summer, we have been moved to the single daily flight. The flight departs Boston at 07:33 and arrives in JFK at 09:00. What was a 3-hour layover has turned into a 10-hour layover. After talking to AA, we weren’t offered anything, no alternative flight (other airlines included), no upgrades, no monetary compensation, no nothing. Is there any remedy we can realistically expect from AA?
Can you have AA rebook you on one of their multiple daily BOS-LGA flights? They should at least be able to do that
