Cancellation Help Desperately Needed

Cancellation Help Desperately Needed

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hello Everyone!

This year, my family and I will be headed to Miami, Santiago, and Easter Island over the holiday season. Unfortunately, someone was put in charge of the reservation who is not shall we say, competent. As a result, our flight from SCL to IPC was booked at a HORRIBLE RATE (compared to LAN’s Chilean website; yes, I can speak Spanish) and on a sketchy website, Bravofly.com. If possible (because the total difference in cost in over $500 USD for four tickets), I would like to cancel these tickets and rebook. However, I know nor can find the cancellation policy of both LAN/Bravofly.com. Would someone happen to know the policy for both/one of them? Also any guide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

    Hi Crystal,

Hmmm, if a travel agent booked the tickets, you’ll want to contact them.

The phone numbers for Bravofly are here, and they can probably tell you the policies of your specific ticket: http://www.bravofly.com/content/en/other-telephone-numbers.html#auto

You can also contact LAN directly, and be provided with the terms and cancelation details on your ticket.

    Good luck!
