Afternoon Tea in Dubai

Afternoon Tea in Dubai

  1. MattFL New Member

Hi Lucky – thanks for addressing my question on the Emirates PJ on the main blog. Now another related question. I want to do afternoon tea in Dubai and I’ve read your review of Skyview Lounge at Burj Al Arab. I’ve also read your lunch review at Burj Khalifa. My dilema is that we’ll be there for tea on Friday and Burj Al Arab doesn’t do tea on Friday in the Skyview lounge but only at the lobby level. I guess that’s the case for Friday’s only for some reason. I have a tea reservation at Burj Khalifa for Friday on the 123rd floor but concerned that the experience at Burj Al Arab might be better, even if it’s at the lobby level. Thoughts?

Keep in mind that Friday in the Muslim world is the same as Sunday in the western world.

That might explain Skyview Lounge at Burj Al Arab being closed or only open for hotel guests that day.
