Cal New MemberI just booked an award on QR QSuites using AA points for myself and my wife. For whatever reason, the agent could not select the middle seats (that make a double bed) when booking the award. I have the PNR now too, and I cannot select those seats either even though they are showing as unassigned. Is this normal and should I just contact QR directly to assign my seats?

Very normal, you always have to contact Qatar for seat assignments, but the American agent should be able to give you the Qatar record locator to speed things along.
