Krisflyer access to United award seats

Krisflyer access to United award seats

  1. Mas New Member

I’m looking to use Krisflyer miles to book a United flight. I see saver level seats available on United.com (I’m logged out) and Aeroplan. However, according to the Singapore agent they don’t see any seats, even after I gave them the exact routing. I’m finding this type of discrepancy across many of the dates.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Have you tried with several agents? Otherwise maybe @Tiffany has a suggestion.

I would HUACA — I’m not sure why that would be, but United has to long-sell Singapore space these days, so maybe that’s true on the SQ end as well.

Yes. Tried with 4 agents. Same result. The agents claim they can find the flight but United “have not released any award seats to us”

Appreciate the help. I’ll keep calling.

The fact that folks like you (@Tiffany, @MidSouthSkier) reply so quickly is what keeps me coming back to this community.
