Hawaii Upgrade

Hawaii Upgrade

So my family and I have some United flight credits from a flight we didnt take. We plan to fly to Hawaii in January and the credits should cover the cost of the flight. My question is that if we have a bunch of united miles can we upgrade our seats after booking with a flight credit?

Not familiar with UA credits. Is this a voucher for a fixed dollar amount that they gave you?

You technically can, depending on your fare class, but United upgrades very rarely clear for non-elites nowadays.
