Well you think a heart attack then transplant would have him retire to enjoy his life with his loved ones but no back at the helm how very sad!
The guy has a drive within. After just a tooth filling I just want to curl up and rrst for days. This guy goes back after all that to run one of the world largest company.
Hi Ben, I came across an article on Conde Nast that said the A350 could eliminate jet lag or at the very least reduce it. Wondering if you could chime on this since you've already flown the A350. Cheers.

Welcome back Oscar. You started steering the ship in a different direction and that is much noticed by the flyer community. We have seen some positive changes, although simple ones, it is a good start.
I look forward to resuming flying with UA again.

Glad to see Oscar is doing well. Please turn United around and make things better operationally and improve the loyalty program. Just experienced 3 delayed United flights on one trip recently.
There are a lot of quick fixes United could have done with Munoz out and him just giving verbal support but they didn't do them so I don't hold out much hope they are going to change their ways.
