Wouldn't you also be able to add AS or AA connections using BA Avois since they partner with both? You could also add BA connections out of DUB.
This is great! Had some family in Seattle who went to Ireland this summer but had to skip down to SFO to pick up Aer Lingus from there. Will cut this trip down by 4 hours.
There's a large number of tech companies with a presence in both Dublin and Seattle, so there's definitely some business demand here. Amazon, Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Twitter, and Dropbox all have offices in both places.

@ Drew -- I'm using ExpertFlyer. I suspect United's website just hasn't been updated yet since this flight only became bookable within the past few hours.
@ Deborah -- You could, but they charge based on distance, so you'd pay for each segment individually.
Those are great times! Most SEA-Europe departures are early afternoon so another evening departure is very welcome. The return is also nice giving you plenty of time to connect back to Dublin on RyanAir et al. Plus it is pre-clearance so no dealing with SeaTac's overburdened CBP.

Perfect distance for optimal aircraft utilization. You could assign one plane to this route and it will only be on the ground for about 5 hours per day.
I have friends at Amazon that travel constantly (2-3 times per month) between SEA and DUB. For them, travel is a chore. I know they would prefer nonstop over the connecting options they currently have. As others pointed out, there are other tech companies in those 2 cities, so there is probably lots of potential business demand shift.
