After an awesome time in Oman, it was time to work my way back to the United States.

Been to this lounge when it first opened, and I agree it's amazing, there's a primeclass (same operator) lounge at IST too, also accessible with Priority Pass, you should try to check that out as well.

This is one of my favorite lounges too! I noticed some updates from the last time I visited this lounge (Jan 2020). At that time, there was only one pool table - located in the common area. The area in the "Primeclass Lounge Muscat game area" with the playstations and (second) pool table / foosball tables are new. It's also great that you were able to get pictures during the day. My flights have always departed in the middle of the night so I never knew the lounge had apron views. Great review!

Could you visit if you were travelling in Oman air business class? If you have a long layover it seems like the better option if they let you in.

Wow pretty amazing that's a priority pass lounge...and that one of the best parts (private room) is really only available iff you have PP as well as J ticket.

We were there a few days ago, and will be again tomorrow. We both agreed it was nicer than just about any Centurion Lounge. Can’t wait to check out the lounge in Salalah tomorrow also. Oman is full of wonderful surprises.

Hi,
Have visited Prime Class lounge internationally and in Muscat.
The ambience and options are great, but I felt the hospitality needs to be a bit more warm, especially the reception.
I understand the lounge is overwhelmed with guest, but that’s where the professionalism comes in.
My opinion :
Great lounge, ambiance but needs more
warmth and professionalism at reception and in the lounge.
Cheers

You really need to do a post on the top 5 or top 10 best/favorite Priority Pass lounges. Maybe split it into 2, the best PP lounges that are also major airline lounges, and those that aren't.

I frequently used the Prime Class Lounge since the first opening until the end of 2021 the lounge is very relaxing and quiet the food is excellent. The staff inside the lounge is friendly and respectful. The seating area are very confortable and frequently cleaned. My comments concerning the staff at the entrance need to be a bit more smiling.

"Prime Class" somehow sounds like an elitist cadre of marbled steak.

Was just there three days ago with that exact situation, and the answer is no. I had actually booked my short haul Oman Air flight through Qatar Airways but was still directed to the Oman Air lounge rather than Primeclass.

Are there showers available outside of the ones in the bedrooms?

Thanks!
