In the last installment I reviewed the SAS Lounge Copenhagen. Since the lounge was very crowded and we had time to spare, we decided to also check out the Eventyr Lounge Copenhagen (via Priority Pass), which we preferred by a long shot.

Have been there many times when flying BA to/from London. I think the food & beverage options are fine, especially with the beer & wine "on tap", which - refilling one's current glass - saves loads of glasses lying about. And on that note, they always do a fantastic job of clearing dirty plates & glasses, even when returning to the buffet for seconds, thirds, etc. They also track the BA flights' actual boarding times well. Yes, they charge for the toiletries, but will say that the showers are a service that few use, and those that do usually only need a towel (hotel toiletries packed in hand luggage). The staff are always super friendly. Charging points/plugs everywhere, so no need to search. Plenty of seats and varying types of them - have never needed to search or wait for one. The staff are always friendly. And, the 360' views are indeed something few lounges offer.
Very sweet, tidy and elegant ... and very quiet ... It has a variety of food and most importantly, it is very clean

I was in this lounge in early February of 2020. It was quiet and really nice. There were like 3 people in it the entire three hours I was In there. There was a China Air plane near the lounge and when I left the lounge, there were people boarding or departing that plane (don’t remember) and all had masks on. Apparently there was some type of virus ramping up at that time.
What a timely article! I will be transiting through Copenhagen this coming Saturday on our way to Stockholm. This will be the Lounge of choice for us.
Stockholm is a Schengen destination, and this lounge is in the non-schengen section. Depending on where you are transiting from, it could be time consuming to use this lounge.
If you are in transit from another Schengen destination, you'd need to clear passport control twice to get there.

Wouldn't it be ranked slightly higher since you get hot options (besides oatmeal) here but not in the SAS lounge?
I visited this lounge the day it was open. It was a breath of fresh air compared with the SAS one. The staff were super duper friendly. I remember there used to be more food.
So if you don't pay the fee you are expected to have brought your own towel to the shower room? Amenities I could see, but I would hardly call a towel in a shower room optional.
I assume if we are traveling through from the states (ORD-CPH-MXP) we would not have access to this lounge after clearing immigration? Was hoping to catch a shower, and the other two lounges we have access to via our Amex don't appear to have them. If anyone knows the answer to this, I would certainly appreciate it.
You will have to clear customs on arriving, then go back through it to the non-schengen area and then clear customs again to board your MXP-flight. But it is allowed, just say you are going to the lounge.
