For the next part of myIceland to The Residence via Cambodia trip, I had an extended layover at Techo Airport (KTI), which is the new airport serving Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I was arriving in Singapore Airlines’ 737 MAX business class from Singapore (SIN), and was connecting in Etihad’s A321LR first class to Abu Dhabi (AUH).

Cambodia really stepped up its airport-game in recent years. Haven't been through KTI lately, but I will say, the new SAI is impressive, too.
I was at this lounge a couple of weeks ago. It was very crowded because they (apparently often) close off the area right by the lounge entrance and allow in Emirates cabin crew.
The food selection was not very good and the food that was available was not edible. The beer was warm and flat. Staff just stood around staring at you. Not worth it compared to other lounges.
