It's nice to see Qantas returning the A380s to service. Although not very fuel efficient (versus long-haul twin engine airliners), A380s remain the smoothest and most luxurious jumbos to fly in the modern era.

I cannot believe how much Phantom inventory is showing up in September 2022. Everything I tried to book
that shows seats is unavailable once when trying to confirm on AA or Alaska 🙁

Dream on people. COVID is starting to bite hard in New South Wales, so lockdowns and restrictions are coming soon. Stay at home to stop the spread.

It would be great to get additional details about the possibility of booking biz and getting first and how to do it. Im ok with not getting first class soft product if im getting first class hard product.

The Qantas A380 is a fantastic aircraft. Back before they refreshed the Premium Economy you use to be able to get half a dozen rows of regular economy at the back of the aircraft and it was AMAZING! Have flown, Economy, Premium and Business on this jet and all are excellent. The Dreamliner is a glorified 737. The cabin is cramped, the seats are uncomfortable and overall it's a loud aircraft.

Does anybody know if all of the A380's will have the cabins refreshed prior to returning to service? Looking at flying business class Sydney to Singapore next year and hoping the business class seats have been upgraded to the Vantage XL suites

Does anyone know if theA380 is flying from Los Angeles to Brisbane or Los Angeles to Sydney in 2023?
Have flown the Dreamliner and felt it was cramped . I was very disappointed.

Had 15 long haul flights on the 380 ( mainly Sydney DFW) Cannot fault the plane , flight or crew. Love being able to walk around to exercise the legs. None of the above for the "Dreamliner", which is noisy and uncomfortable. The comparison is like chalk and cheese. Bring back the 380 on the Sydney-DFW run, please
